Such a Cool Day
Thank you to the PTA for sponsoring Rita's for everyone on Yom Ha'Atzmaut! What a cool day it was (exciting ... but also a bit chilly out there!).
Bring On the Fun
Students in grades 1-7 enjoying a Yom Ha'Atzmaut carnival developed and led by the students of 8B.
We Are Forever Grateful
Writing letters to active Chayalim on Yom Ha'Zikaron
Bringing Merit
To begin our Yom Ha'Zikaron program, students viewed a dramatic introduction about our role in thinking about and davening for our brothers and sisters, followed by two videos, entitled, Life as an IDF Family. Each student then received one of 150 cards with the information and picture of a fallen chayal for whom to say a perek of Tehillim. Within minutes, the entire Sefer Tehillim was completed.
A Shiur Pleasure
Some phenomenal Gemara chavrusa learning in session in the Mandel Family Beis Medrash. Yasher koach to Rabbi Ohayon's 7B shiur!
