The Timeless Bracha of Rabbi Kaminetsky zt"l

I started putting on tefillin on Erev Rosh Hashana. I received an RYNJ tefillin mirror with a bracha that Rabbi Kaminetzky zt"l always said when a student put on tefillin for the first time. I was excited to have the first mirror given out.
