A-mass-ing Experiential Learning

8th grade students in Mrs. Sheinbein's Chemistry class learning about measuring mass of various solids and water on a triple beam balance. The students were challenged to determine how many grams of mass were in a penny, nickel and dime. Using a graduated cylinder to collect water, they also measured the mass of water.
